Responsible for the complete marketing experience, leading every facet of the Enham Trust story. From determining positioning, branding, competitive analysis, internal and external communications, you will help shape the voice of Enham, while helping it grow and engage our customer base.
Travel across Hampshire and at times the South of England will be required.
What you will be doing
Build specific Marketing brand strategies that will support the overall organisational strategy.
Continually review and realign the rolling marketing strategy and the operational plan to meet the needs of the Business Plan.
Lead on Enham Trust’s web strategy and development with a focus on cost, resource and performance management – including acting as the main point of contact for our website support agency.
Liaise with business areas to develop and deliver highly effective and coordinated marketing plans designed to meet the business needs including e-mail, B2B, SEO, PPC, Social media, content, website content, and e-newsletters.
Represent marketing on the Trust’s centenary project group and lead on all marketing activity for the campaign.
Responsible for internal and external communications for Enham PR, working with local and national media.
Responsible for the Enham Trust brand integrity; manage, communicate and adopt any changes that are recommended or agreed with regards to the Trust’s brand guidelines.
Play a key role in developing strategy for the Trust’s Centenary year – working in conjunction with the Centenary project group.
Scoping, planning, liaising and facilitating digital projects across the organisation.
Responsible for all external digital and offline marketing.
Motivate, coach and manage staff to support them to achieve their potential. Ensure staff operate in line with Enham Trust’s policies and objectives.
Networking with key external stakeholders and act as a brand ambassador for Enham Trust.
Analyse campaign results and trends and provide recommendations for future marketing activity.
Ensure digital data management is aligned to current Legislation and that the use of data is up-to-date and accurate.
Reporting KPI’s and marketing data back to the organisation, including ROI and commentary.
Prepare and Manage the centralised Marketing budget, ensuring expenditure is within agreed limits.
Work with the digital agency to deliver a cost effective digital strategy and the wider integrated marketing objectives of the business.
