Role Overview

The Move Programme Co-ordinator will provide support to the Move Programme Manager in the delivery and expansion of Move across the UK and in Europe. This role will encompass extensive contact with external customers and will be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries. Responsible for preparing effective marketing content, managing and coordinating the logistics for all training courses and a number of events throughout the year. Represent Move at promotional events and network with all interested parties.

 

The Move Coordinator will deputise in all aspects of the delivery of the Move Programme in the absence of the Move Programme Manager.

The role requires the ability to travel across the region to support contract delivery.

What you will be doing

Operational

  • Coordinate all Move Training Courses, maintaining strong communication links with all parties throughout the process from the booking to completion of the course
  • Provide a professional and courteous first point of contact for Move Professionals  and potential customers, dealing with phone enquiries and the Move email inbox, ensuring questions are dealt with effectively by providing information and acting as a signposting service
  • Development of growth opportunities; Maximise opportunities for business growth, using initiative to develop effective communication with all current and potential customers, providing accurate information on the range of services offered
  • Ensure all customers receive an exceptional standard of service through the timely delivery of all elements of the Move customer journey in line with departmental and organisational processes
  • Effectively engage and manage relationships with external Move Associates allocate a suitable Trainer to deliver training across the UK and Europe. 
  • Assist with the organisation of Move Conferences and Move Open Days; maintaining responsibility for event logistics, travel coordination, attendees and exhibitors
  • Represent The Move Programme at networking events, demonstrating a good understanding of the programme to prospective customers
  • Design promotional marketing materials and create content for social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook Website and Newsletters  
  • Plan and organise all travel needs for the Move Programme Manager and Move Associate Trainers, both nationally and internationally, using own initiative to provide the most cost-efficient service
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships with trusts, foundations, grant making organisations and commissioners in order to generate new and regular income streams 
  • Research and collate information and produce regular reports as requested by  Management
  • Develop and maintain accurate invoicing records
  • Maintain office systems, including the Access database, ensuring key information is input correctly and in a timely manner
  • Conduct market research and identify suitable and sustainable income opportunities for The Move Programme

Quality

  • Ensure good communication, quality recording and administration within established procedures
  • Coordinate and organise the review of Quality Checks at all Move Accredited Schools,  within agreed time and ensuring observations have taken place, collate the feedback and provide reports as appropriate
  • Work within the confines of, and fully understand General Data Protection Regulations, maintaining confidentiality of data

Finance

  • Maintain responsibility for the accurate and timely scheduling and raising of invoices
  • In conjunction with the Move Programme Manager, responsible for The Move Programme meeting its budget requirements 
  • Manage debt recovery, chasing and negotiating outstanding debt where necessary

People Management

  • If required, support and manage any volunteers in accordance with volunteer guidelines
