Cedar Park Development Highly Commended at Housing Design Awards 2016
Leading disability charity Enham Trust’s ambitious Cedar Park development has been Highly Commended in the Housing Design Awards 2016.
The accolade came as part of the Awards’ Project Schemes category; recognising innovative scheme’s with detailed planning permission that are not yet complete, and was one of a small number to be Highly Commended, out of the 95 schemes entering the category.
We’re delighted that our forthcoming Cedar Park development has been Highly Commended for this award. This is a great achievement, being amongst many national projects of particular significance

Enham Trust’s fully accessible housing has been making waves in the property industry for a number of years; supporting dozens of disabled people living in and around Andover to make the journey from 24 residential care & support, to living independently.
Designed in conjunction with Winchester architects Design Engine, Enham Trust’s Cedar Park development is currently being built, to include a state-of-the-art Neurological Rehabilitation Unit, Health & Well-being Centre, and array of accessible homes.
