We are offering an evening care drop in session

Charity offers second free drop-in session to local job seekers

Following the success of its first drop-in session, held on 5th September, leading Hampshire-based disability charity Enham Trust is preparing to hold a second Care Assistant drop-in session on their main site near Andover, at the end of the month.

Held between 6pm & 8pm on 25th October, the session is designed to give anyone interested in applying for a Care Assistant role within the charity the opportunity to understand more about the work of Enham Trust, and learn about what the role entails.

Rayna Macdonald, Enham Trust’s Director of Care, comments of the session:

“Choosing a career in care may be challenging, but it’s also one of the most rewarding, inspiring, and varied occupations anyone could choose; our Care Assistants providing the very backbone of our work and ensuring each and every one of our residents is supported to achieve their individual goals & desires – from learning how to do their laundry on their own, to moving into their own flat.

“We’re holding this drop-in session with the aim of giving anyone in the area interested in a career in care, the opportunity to learn more about our work, our residents, and how to join our team; as well as ask questions about what working with us involves.”

The drop-in session is free to attend, and guests are asked to visit the charity any time between 6pm & 8pm on 25th October.

Enham Trust currently supports thousands of disabled people across the country each year; providing housing, care, and various employment & skills opportunities to ensure each customer gains independence, choice, and control over every aspect of their lives.
