Our popular disabled day services, Choices, provide you with a variety of activities to choose from, 4 days a week.

Whether you’re looking to gain new skills, take up an accessible sport or increase your confidence and try something new, our range of activities and day services for disabled people truly have something for everyone!

Disabled day services with a difference

Whatever you enjoy doing, Choices disabled day services has something for you. With a different activity to choose from each day, Choices caters for all tastes and abilities.


Monday morning from 10am to 12pm, in Enham Alamein near Andover




Now a Paralympic sport, boccia is a target ball sport, similar to Bowls, specifically created for disabled people and people with severe impairments.

Taking the Paralympic world by storm, boccia is fast becoming the go-to sport for anyone living with a disability; played by individuals, pairs or teams of 3, boccia is an exhilarating and sociable indoor sport.

Tuesdays from 9.30am to 12pm in Enham Alamein near Andover

If you’re looking to increase your fitness, health and wellbeing whilst making friends and having fun, our weekly aerobics sessions are the disabled day services for you!

Fully accessible to people of all abilities, our aerobics sessions are designed to support you to keep fit and improve mobility in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Arts and Crafts

Wednesday from 9.30am to 12pm, in Enham Alamein near Andover

From painting and drawing, to papier-máché, and sculpture; whether you’re an experienced artist or want to learn a new craft, our accessible arts and crafts sessions provide you with the space, support, and tools to create your own beautiful masterpiece within a safe and open environment.

2 Archery sessions run on a Wednesday, in Enham Alamein near Andover

Run by Tenzone Targets, our weekly Archery sessions are fully accessible to anyone with a keen interest in this rapidly growing precision sport.

Enham Trust’s Archery group regularly participate in national Para-Archery competitions and for the last 2 years have been proud gold medallists in the Deer Park Archers Para-Archery competition.

An exciting and unique way to have fun, make new friends, and maintain mobility, our lively, accessible dance sessions are perfect for anyone looking to show off their dance moves or learn new ones.

The cornerstone of Enham Trust’s Choices disabled day services, our accessible drama group has been running for a number of years; supporting disabled people to increase their confidence, learn new skills, and express themselves in new and different ways.

Putting on a public performance at least twice a year, Choices has become popular with friends, family, and local theatre-goers alike – each performance devised by participants around a well-known story.
