What we are looking for

The customer services team are looking for friendly and helpful individuals to work on the reception desk at Enham Trust. You will be playing an important role as the first point of contact to Enham Trust visitors both face to face and on the phone. 

Role Overview:

To support with the customer service and administration of the reception desk at Enham Trust Head Office.

What you will be doing?

  • Offering a friendly and helpful customer experience to Enham Trust visitors both face to face and on the phone.
  • Directing incoming calls to relevant staff within the business.
  • Direct incoming emails from the central email inbox to relevant staff members and track this on the email tracker spreadsheet.
  • Support with distribution of external and internal post.
  • Support with issuing visitor badges to Enham Trust visitors upon arrival.
  • Sign for incoming deliveries and parcels.
  • Support with maintaining delivery log of parcels received to Head Office and informing relevant staff member as appropriate.
  • Support with ad hoc tasks requested by the line manager.
